Our AHU condition reports that include energy feasibility advice and video footage, provide a detailed overview of an air handling unit. They cover components, compliances, wear, efficiency, maintenance schedule, airflow, and pressure validations, energy use, life expectancy and more.

We have developed the industry standard for condition reports, known as the "HALO AHU Condition Report key".  A condition survey is sometimes done prior to new tenants moving in or before an agreement is completed for commercial lettings, sometimes a condition survey is used to obtain asset information and validation of performances for changes in occupancy and environmental use . With remediation expenses included, our condition reports will provide a condition date baseline and set forth the cost of necessary repairs.

The HALO HVAC Air Handling Unit Condition Report Key is accurate and consistent, it refers to an industry consensus view of ‘common classifications’ for building engineering services, bringing together the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA) and the Government Functional Standard for Property (GOV.UK).
