HALO HVAC employs an innovative bio treatment process, harnessing the power of odourless enzymes to break down the biofouling that accumulates deep within coils. No chemicals, no VOC's.
By using the system's air flow, the enzyme foam is introduced and seamlessly travels through intricately designed coils.
This cutting-edge bio treatment navigates through any coil depth, ensuring coverage across the entire surface area.
The foam is saturated with enzymes specifically designed to dismantle dirt, bacteria, and fungal formation.
In affiliation with BlueBox Air: HALO HVAC is addressing the challenge of navigating through intricate coils, such as chiller, condensers, AHU's, thermal wheel's, PHX or other HVAC applications. Our solutions revolutionize building maintenance.
Resolving coil issues ensures optimal functionality of your HVAC system, eliminating airflow restrictions, promoting unimpeded heat transfer, and preventing unnecessary wear and tear on equipment components.
After treatment the coil is left with a deterioration preventive finish.

After performing coil cleaning and penetrating through the full depth of each of the 18 roof top unit's (RTU) coil:
The average pressure drop across all units dropped by 69%
This leads to fan energy savings of 51,123 kWh
Addressing coil issues with chemical free bio treatment not only resolves the problem with coils but also enhances the indoor air quality of a building.
This is achieved by ensuring that coils are clean and free from biological contaminants, allowing fresh air to circulate freely throughout the building. Consequently, this improvement in ventilation contributes to a more effective and healthier indoor environment.

With approval, our demo team will capture pre-testing data, including pressure drop, velocity or energy use, dependant on the application. They will connect the BlueBox Air bio Treatment system to a micro-air compressor.
The onsite engineer will temporarily shut down the unit to place a protective cover on the motor casing - if applicable.
A 9.5 mm plastic tube attached to the system will be inserted into a chiller, condenser, AHU, thermal wheel, PHX or other HVAC applications for foam treatment.
The foaming process, conducted by two engineers, usually takes about 30 minutes. After completion, the area will be cleaned, and the onsite engineer will complete the post validation checks.
